My hot water tank had failed and water everywhere. Called Doug at about 4:00 p.m.. He did not have a tank in stock but called his supplier and managed to pick one up before they closed. He was at my house within the hour and by 7:00 had installed the new tank and taken away the old one. He did not charge me extra for the emergency rush job. Saved the day. I would give him more than a 10 if I could.
