I'm very pleased with Mike's work and professionalism. He was flexible when some areas of my building could not be accessed for treatment. His method has been effective in the areas he could access, and he upheld his guarantee to return and treat further areas as needed. Mike sprayed extra areas and left extra bait stations as well, explained his processes clearly and left helpful information sheets.
