I had been seeing rats near my backyard and called SwiftX.
Mike is very knowledgeable and clearly explains how the rodents are motivated at this time of the year as well as what the expected effect of the baits (that he laid out) is.
Within a week or so we stopped seeing rats entirely.
I highly recommend SwiftX for their thoroughness and effectiveness.
