Sales / Office Team: Easy to work with, responsive and very focused on customer satisfaction. Example - there was an omission in the signed contract - the laundry room was discussed but not written in. This could have been a cash grab opportunity for a contractor, but they acknowledged that it was meant to be in the contract and they added it without any argument.
Painters: They did our entire home (walls, trim, moulding, frames, ceiling) in two days. The crew was extremely professional and friendly. The Site Leader was very responsive to all my questions. Quality of work was exactly what I hoped for.
