Incredible service! Ross and Richard took the time to communicate issues and repairs ahead of time. The heat pump outdoor unit had experienced a power surge. An clear explanation was given for work that needed to be done and the potential issues that could arise. When the work was done, indoor and outdoor work areas were clean. When the job was completed, there was a complete review of the work and the invoice. A client could not ask for better service. We highly recommend Valley Home Appliance Service.
