The team at Alta Home were fantastic. We received quotes from over six different companies for a new garage and demolition of the old one. They were bang in the middle for price. From day one they were extremely professional and were very thorough. After signing our contract they were prompt, communicated well and any member of the crew was extremely friendly. Everything was on time and on budget and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Halfway through our garage project we also asked them to build us a composite deck. Same as the garage their service and workmanship was great. There is a reason they are so highly rated, it shows. Great experience and you will not be disappointed if you are hiring Alta Home for your next project.

Alta Home renovated our attached garage for us and we couldn't be happier with their service and the finished product. Costs were fair and the team's work ethic and craftsmanship went above an beyond. Work was completed on time and as quoted. Change orders, at our request, were clear, transparent, with no surprises. Crews arrived early each morning and work long into the evenings with tremendous progress each day. We were truly amazed at how fast the project came together. Communication with the team was great. Ross, our Project Manager, and Vitalii, our Client Care Representative, kept in regular contact and were easy to get a hold of whenever needed. Ross, Vitalii, and the rest of the team did an amazing job!

Professional people with whom your money is safe. They did a 20'x20' detached garage, 500 sqft new deck, soffit and facia on house, 60' fences and grading of backyard. Their subcontractors were also very professional and experienced. We already think of doing some new project we them.

From my initial call to Alta Homes and my first appointment with Vitaly to review the quote and design plans, right through the entire build with each individual trade I can't express enough how professional and efficient this team was. I feel like Alta Home Garages using the absolute best material and tradesman in the business. They were always available to talk and update me along the build process and they finished way ahead of schedule. Working with Ross and Vitaly was fantastic.

Really happy with the work done by Alta Home for both our basement development and deck. Also very reasonably priced! I’ve shopped around and I’m glad we went with Alta Home. It was very easy to communicate with both Stan and Ross. I’m very picky when it comes to fixtures and they were very patient with me on that. I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs!

Quite simply Alta Home has been a joy to work with. From conception to completion, they have aced it! Their crews were respectful, communicative, super easy to get along with, and (probably the most important bit) excellent builders! My wife and I cannot recommend them enough! These guys are professional and great at what they do! They worked through difficult weather to get a very difficult project completed quickly and properly. Had this project completed end of 2019. From the initial contact to end of project I can say that overall we were content with how Alta Home handled this challenging project and brought it to completion. Despite some unknown aspects with foundation and few unexpected discoveries, the team at Alta Home was able to provide the most cost effective solutions with on going communication. Vitali the sales person was the main person of contact but Ross the project manager kept everything under control all the way through a thorough quality check . Stan responded to all major decision making in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend this guys for any general contracting services
