I order for a new part for our oven, which did not work properly as it supposed to be or like the old one was working. Warranty was 90 days warranty. Whenever i made a complaint the owner Sean was very rude. I have been calling him more than a month, he was just waiting for completing 90 days warranty period. My wife is not happy with the part and we got a new oven now and we wanted to return this part and Sean is refusing and ignoring my calls.
Please if you want to go to him make sure what you are buying because there is no return, no replace policy. if you find someone else it would be better.
