I contacted Ruhul after having no success with the first exterminator we hired. We were still hearing gnawing, scratching, and squeaking noises in our walls 3 months after the first guy came to provide his services. That first guy basically said, If you have rats, I cant guarantee anything because theyre too smart. I explained all this to Ruhul, and he said, I can help you. And thats what he did. He came quickly and did an inspection, told me the best strategy, and then came back the next day to implement the plan. Over the next week, we found several dead mice and a dead rat on our property, and the noises seem to have disappeared. Ruhul came back to check in and refill the bait station and has been overall very responsive. I am so pleased to finally be getting results after months of no success. Thanks, Ruhul!
