Taha is wonderful, he explained step by step, told the truth, and offered services above and beyond. I had called other Pest Control and they were not very upfront or told the truth! The price for service is very economical even for families with small budgets like mine!

We had no obvious signs of bed bugs in our place other than bites. Over the phone Taha was so helpful in explaining the process and sending his amazing staff to us asap. They found a few little friends in our mattress and offered to spray immediately. They were so helpful and made sure we knew exactly what to expect in the next couple weeks and how to prevent in the future. We just had our follow up treatment today and feel certain we can put this horrible ordeal behind us.

Had the pleasure of dealing with the owner (Taha) while gathering quotes and information for a 14 unit building to present to my condo board. Taha was fast, responsive, knowledgable and incredibly helpful.

We had a major issue with carpenter ants. Contact Pest Control was onsite the next day. Arrived on time, as promised, and did the job. Issue is fixed. Best company in town.

We had a mouse problem that had gotten out-of-control last June at our rental property (older home in East End). I contracted with Contact Pest Control based on the reviews in Homestars and was glad I did as the issue has been fully addressed.
The work was performed in a very professional manner and we received advice on some structural improvements that we implemented to make it harder for the mice to get in.
I held off on writing this review as I wanted to see how great the 1 year warranty was in case we saw a recurrence (which is common in older homes). Sure enough our tenants reported a mouse issue this week.
The warranty call was treated just like the original visit that included additional improvement suggestions. Funny enough, the mouse recurrence seems to be an isolated incident as there was very little evidence of any activity this time around.
Needless to say, I recommend Contact Pest Control without hesitation - they are the real deal.
