went out of their way to come to my house earlier than expected. I asked to call me when they were 10 minutes away so I could meet them there, they did. extremely friendly. explained everything and even offered suggestions on little things I can do to hopefully keep the wasps away. if they aren't gone in a couple of days will come back and do again for no charge. absolutely no complaints at all, will use them every time I have an issue going forward.

I had sent an open request for quotes on HomeStars and Taha from Contact Pest Control replied within the hour, which I appreciated. This is an owner-operated business and it shows. Taha was very responsive throughout and both him and his worker were professional but also personable. I did not give 5 stars for satisfaction because I was disappointed to hear that after 2 visits, the roach problem had not gone away in one of the units. They reasoned that because the tenant kept a fish tank, they did not want to spray near it, which was actually one of the problem areas. All in all, they did their best and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

We had a rodent issue in our home, and in less than two weeks Taha was able to resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable, and walked us through the process. The quick reliable service helped make us feel comfortable in our home again.

I had some carpenter ant issues and Amir promptly came by to have a look. He also discovered carpenter bees and rodent issues (thankfully not too bad) He immediately put me at ease and worked out a plan that would be both timely and cost effective for my budget. When he came to do the work it was done thoroughly and he took the time to explain what he would be doing and when he would return for a follow up. Contact does not just come once but they include a follow up visit and suggest annual checks o keep on top of it. This is a brutal business and I could not imagine doing it but they love it, and it shows. Very professional and honest. Thanks

We were extremely grateful for the phenomenal service from Amir. We had mice and ants in our house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of the fact that we have a dog and young children, and most importantly gained our trust with his easy to follow, efficient and sensible advice. We didn't feel that Amir was looking for a quick sale. Rather, he took his time explaining the process he would follow, why he was suggesting this process and even went over possible pros and cons of the service. Would highly recommend him and Contact Pest Control to anyone.
