Wrote this a while back and forgot to post it. There are only a few reasons we call a skilled trade in. We dont have time to do it ourselves or more likely , we dont have a clue. So often a layperson is at the mercy of this person. And there are only a few things you need to know about the person you deal with. Are they skilled and are they fair ? Matt is a bright guy . And i can tell you from personal experience thst he is beyond fair . We hqd a unique situation where my bank branch clised after being there 40 years . Theirvwas an issue at hus bank as well. We couodnt confirm if money exchanged . He took the hugh riad and the responsibilty . That is rare these days. It took me a few months to figure it out. It turned he was in the right all along, and I could have been up that difference because of his honesty. These things show a persons character . Some people have such a strong moral compass that its impossible for them to be anything but fair . Matt is one of them
