I highly recommend Odds On Home Inspection. Chris (founder) responded very quickly to my initial call and Brent was able to do an inspection with very little notice. The inspection was incredibly thorough and I had a chance to discuss his findings during a walk-through. The report followed the same day and is so detailed (80+ pages with photos) yet so easy to read.
This has given me so much confidence as a first time home buyer. Their professionalism, dedication to doing the best job and the level of expertise are top notch! I cannot recommend them enough.
