After reading several reviews on HomeStar, Stucco Master was one of five companies we contacted. All of them simply sent me an email with a cost estimate. Mustafa from Stucco Master was the only person that actually called me back and followed up to discuss the details. Before providing a cost estimate, he asked several pertinent questions and it was clear to us that he was thoughtful in providing his cost estimate. He also took the time to explain the detailed process involved in the renovation along with the anticipated timelines.
He accommodated our tight timelines as we had to schedule it with our other renovations and ensure the work was done before we moved in. He takes pride in his work and took extra time and effort to correct all imperfections. For example he was not happy with how our living room ceiling looked under different lighting at night time. He insisted and undertook several coats to smooth out all imperfections without any additional charge.
Overall we are very pleased with his workmanship and he met and exceeded our expectations. His pricing was very competitive as compared to the other quotes we received.
We would definitely recommend Mustafa and would not hesitate to call him again if we needed this type of renovation again.

Thank you so much for that great review May. Popcorn ceiling removal in condos can be very very tricky specially downtown condos where the outside light plays such a big factor. The beautiful fixtures you had bought did bring about a new set challenges to the job, however it wasn't something a couple of more Coates of plaster was not able to fix. I am happy the end product came out good and you and Francis are satisfied.
