Thanks for your honesty & integrity during the quote process. You could have came up with some total nonsense that would have cost me thousands of dollars but instead acted with integrity. Well done Mr. Kalboussi, I would recommend this company.

I cannot yet comment how well they did their work until we get a pouring rain. My son who was here indicated that Adel and Sue worked quite well. My only complaint is that $900 for 2.5 hours of work is quite steep; yes I am aware that there were materials involved.

The workmen were both professional and efficient and completed
the job in a very timely manner. COVID-19 requirements were
carefully followed. They wore masks and gloves, cleaned and
sanitized everything they were in contact with. I am a very satisfied
custom.

Efficient repair by Sou for a small wall crack that in this wet summer leaked a small am't of water that we could wipe up with a towel, but it needed repair. The hardest part of their job was to find our farm! TKS guys!

We had a drain penetration through our foundation wall in the crawl space that was leaking from around the pipe. It looked like it had been leaking for years when we discovered it. The seal around the pipe had completely eroded. A few plumbers came in and verified that the pipe itself was sound. The leak was definitely from the surrounding hole made for the pipe in the concrete wall.

Eddie came in and promptly examined our problem and gave us a reasonable quote, below the competition, and did not try to up sell us on a single thing. Technicians came in, on time, and finished the job within the time window communicated to us. They were very friendly, kept our home clean with drop sheets and thorough vacuuming. Wore masks inside the home for safety. Would recommend this company to anybody with foundation issues.

John and Trevor were amazing! Arrived on time, walked me through entire process so I would understand exactly what they were doing. They were both very considerate and professional with the completion of job. Mess was totally cleaned up and removed. Time was taken at end of job to sanitize door knobs, taps, and anything else they may have touched!! During Covid 19, they went above and beyond. Company should be proud to have them on their team!!

I had an approximately 6 foot long horizontal crack that traversed the corner of the foundation in my basement. I was referred to Crack Buster by someone who had used their services in the past and contacted Crack Buster.

Eddie, the Manager, came out to the house and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The estimate was for fixing the crack from the inside and not digging up the yard outside, jacking up the foundation, etc., etc., etc. Crack Buster focuses on fixing the problem, not selling you a bunch of goods that you don't need at an outrageous price.

There was some follow-up work that was required on my job. I again contacted Eddie, who dispatched Trevor and his partner the same day. Trevor and his partner were very knowledgeable and thorough. They concentrate on customer service and customer satisfaction. Trevor explained to my brother what they were doing every step of the way and he and his partner were not afraid to go the extra mile and provide service that was above and beyond the call of duty, including sealing some cracks on the outside of the house. Also, they did not hesitate on giving me the name of a supplier where I could pick up additional sealant for other repairs that need to be made around the house.

Eddie and Crack Buster are focused, as they should be, on providing exceptional customer service at affordable prices.

I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Crack Buster to anyone experiencing similar issues with the foundation of their home.
