Safeway Carpet & Flooring

We needed our laminate stairs with metal caps covered with a carpet runner after our 4 year old slipped on them. Sam at Safeway did outstanding work taking the time to remove old woodwork around each step before installation for the cleanest look. Great communication throughout and he worked clean and fast. Our expectations were definitely exceeded with this project. The stairs are much safer and look much more appealing at our front entrance. Highly recommend and will be using Safeway again in future for our carpet and flooring needs!

I went into this blind, being busy and in a rush I found Sam online and picked the carpet from a picture. Sam worked With My budget, on my timeline ( actually faster). I was not able to be home when he did the work, I was nervous coming home. The colour is perfect (Sam helped pick the colour from my ramblings and patient with me when I changed my mind) the work is outstanding. Padding ( which I forgot to even go over with him) was amazing, so soft ! The carpet has a stripe in it, looks perfectly straight, tight and pulled to perfection. Defiantly a master at what he does. I have very white walls and they were spotless! No damage or marks. I have to say 10++ Im not one to leave reviews, but Sam really did such a great job. Worth every penny. And best quote I got ! Really happy customer.

We made a long cut in the old and still good carpet in our bedroom. The edges shrank back and left a gap. Sami completely closed the gap and sealed the cut. He did this work quickly and completely on his own. My husband helped him stand the bed on its side to give more working space. The job is excellent and the results very pleasing.
Sami responded promptly to my initial inquiry and negotiated a service day clearly. He phoned when he was half an hour away on the day of the work.
His price is great.

Sam did an excellent job installing a carpet in our upstairs bedroom. We had a few special requirements, because of the existing baseboards and underpad, and Sam was able to accommodate our requests. The work was done efficiently and very well. Sam was a pleasure to deal with.
