The crew from Vancouver Safety Surfacing was very friendly, professional and adept at their jobs. This work is done by hand, and it was done with great care and efficiency. Professional and prompt. From quote to completion, Ryan and his crew provided timely answers , service and execution. The coating hid the heaved, broken and cracked patio completely, and was applied meticulously. The job was quick, the clean up complete and the result is all that was hoped!

We had our back patio, driveway, and walkways coated with their rubber compount. Our concrete was cracking and looked terrible! It looks fabulous now.
Their employees were respectful, patient, and easy to work with. Ryan worked with us to find the exact color we wanted despite numerous calls and changes of color. Connor is an artist! He troweled on the rubber coating on our patio, walkways, and driveway with absolute precision. The two fellows helping him were equally friendly. All of them happily answered any questions we had, but were absolutely focused on the job.
The only downside we had (and it is minor!) is that because we had both the front and back done, it takes a few days for the material to set so we had to make a bit of a bridge to get in and out of our house for a few days.

The dogs love it. One peed on it and a little bit of water with laundry soap and it cleaned up easily.

It looks just wonderful! Wish we'd done it years ago. Only it wasn't available years ago. :-)

Had Ryan and his team resurface our carport and back concrete patio. The original concrete was cracked and uneven. Ryan was great to work with, responsive, and answered all of our questions. The end result was even better than expected and looks amazing. Team doing the work was professional, arrived on time, cleaned up, and delivered exactly as promised.

The service we received was stellar. Ryan, the salesman, was very informative and followed through with his promise to try to get our job done as soon as possible and he did stand by his word much to our delight. The two gentlemen doing to job were amazing, hard working and very pleasant. We felt they went above and beyond what was expected. We received two other quotes and we were very pleased that we decided on this company. Prior to selecting this company, extensive research indicated all positive reviews and BBB approved.

We were looking for a new surface for our deck - it didn't need to be water tight, just water resistant and safe.
Vancouver Safety Surfacing provided a cost effective solution, that looks great. Their 2 employees - Jose & Eduardo worked hard all day, with great attention to the detailed work around the edges. Ryan followed up with accurate estimate and warranty and cleaning info.
We are really happy with the look and feel.
