I reached out to Ryan for his advice on what I thought was a Nest thermostat issue. After some troubleshooting over the phone, Ryan determined it was my furnace, not the thermostat, that was causing the issue. Ryan was at my house 15 minutes later, showed me what the problem was and how to fix it and even did some diagnostics of the humidifier before he was on his way.
