The most important is the quality of the work was done very well for my basement. It was a good price and berry good service too. I highly recommend Direct waterproofing service to everyone.

Even whilst working and digging, they respected the surroundings and maintained a clean environment. They also took my feedback and concerns into consideration and made changes to ensure that I was very satisfied with the work. Terry regularly sent me photos of the work in progress as I was not always able to visit the site daily. Its also great that they did not request any deposit upfront and yet worked so diligently. Terry's team, quickly identified the issues, sealed and waterproofed the foundation, replaced the old weepers and installed a sump pump.
