Premier Smart Homes

We had previously had a Control 4 system set up at our property, which included lights, speakers, TVs, etc. We were pretty happy with the system itself, however, the individual who set it up for us was extremely unreliable and difficult to get a hold of when we had issues.

We contacted Joel from Premier Smart Homes and he came and did a full assessment/overhaul of our system. He got everything up and running and functioning and improved our outdoor speakers, installed a new TV for us, set up a full Starlink system, and so much more.

But the biggest reason I would recommend Joel is not for his extremely tidy, efficient, and well thought out work. Its because he is always available to us when we have any issues. Literally anytime we have contacted him - daytime, evenings, weekends, etc. - he has been happy to chat and troubleshoot any issues until things are working again. I cannot speak enough to his customer service. It is amazing.

We are about to embark on a brand new home build and are planning to continue working with Joel for our complete home automation system. Highly highly recommend this company.
