Hopewell Residential

Although we are disappointed with our hopewell experience in regards to our home (hence the low star rating), this review is about the amazing staff at the Front Attached Homes Show Suite in Mahogany. While we've had several challenges throughout this experience (which we know is to be expected), Chalsey and Rachel have been outstanding. They are not typical sales reps, for sure! From day 1 these ladies have been invested in making our purchase as easy and pleasant as possible. They are professional and honest to a tee and GENUINELY CARE which is not typical of sales people. It is a over a year since we started this process and even though we are long since moved in they are still invested in client care. Hopewell better be taking good care of these two gems. Too bad these two gals weren't in charge of everything, I'd bet money there would be a higher standard of workmanship and service. If you are looking for integrity and no pressure sales ( great floor plans too) go see these ladies! Mahogany is a wonderful place to live and at the end of the day people will make their own decisions who they build with despite reviews.

We bought our first single family house in Mahogany through Hopewell.
Justine was great and helpful from the very start.
The whole team (Stacy, Jennifer & Justine and Lisa the designer) made our purchase experience easy and pleasant.
Construction updates were sent to us weekly and the house was ready on time. The sales staff was always happy to assist and answer any questions.
We take possession in the next few days and we are looking for a smooth move with no issues. Will update soon :)

Can't recommend these guys enough. From the first time I walked through the showhome till my possession date, EVERYONE at Hopewell was great to work with. They took the stress out of the situation and made it a fun experience. I am very happy with the end result. Would definitely buy from again, or recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I had a great experience building with Hopewell. The whole process was made easy. Everyone we’ve dealt with were all extremely friendly and helpful. Chalsey and Rachel go above and beyond to make sure you’re kept updated on the progress of your home and that it’s all stress-free. I also appreciate how honest they are too. I absolutely love them. Most importantly, I love our home.

The sale process was smooth. The design Center is however a different story. Found the design agent (Lisa) to be unfriendly and if you do not insist on your choices you can be bullied into accepting changes you do not want. Before your possession walk through I will advice you ask for the list (in the binder you get after the walkthrouh) of the things you need to watch for as after possession it becomes a different story. There are still some reasonable human faces within the company just might not be the ones you see unless you insist. The 1st response is “no”.

I had a great time with Hopewell during construction.
They sent weekly update e-mail with photos. So, I do not have to go to the site often. If I have a question, they always try their best to answer me. It was a great pleasure work with them.

I had an overall pleasant experience for the entire condo sales and move-in process. Alina W. was a top notch sales contact. She explained everything to me in detail and even kept in touch throughout the entire process! It's difficult to find such professional, efficient and positive sales people, so thank you! Very impressed!

Stacy, Jennifer and Justine are an AMAZING trio of friendly, comforting, informative, personable-relatable, no fluff, no pressure, super responsive gals!!! We have LOVED going on this exciting house building journey with them. They have walk alongside of us every step of the way. The regular housing updates, sometimes with pictures are always encouraging. We certainly appreciated the incentives that came along with the referral process, as we know 2 families who are building on the same street. It was an easy sell, especially after walking through the show homes and driving around the community. The benefits of bonus upgrades were truly appreciated. Recently, we received the good news of our possession date, well ahead of schedule, we will be in our new home well before Christmas! We are looking forward to being part of a vibrant community (with impressive amenities) that creates many opportunities to celebrate family and friends.

I'm very happy with the service I am getting from Hopewell, the sales team are very nice and accommodating especially Alina. I worked closely with Alina from day one and I'm very happy that it was her I met on the first day, she has been such a great help and her advice helped me a lot on making decisions. She was very quick on answering my emails every time I had a question, very much appreciated. I am a first time homebuyer and Alina accommodated me every step of the way to make it happen. I still remembered the first day I went to show homes, I didn't really intend to buy a unit that soon but little did I know that I'm just going to fall in love with the place, the floorplans, the location (so close to what they call Urban Village where they have groceries, coffee shops, banks, dinings, a Shoppers Drug Mart, and more… pretty much everything I must say…) So when I left Sandgate, I just couldn't stop myself thinking about the place and I can just imagine myself living there… so my advise is that, once you find the PERFECT place, you will feel it, you will just know it and you will just make it happen.... To sum it up, I honestly just can't wait to move in at Sandgate....

I've built more than a few houses before, both with good and bad experiences. Building with Hopewell was far different than I was anticipating though! Everything was smooth and seamless. The selection process was quick and fabulous. The sales team kept me up to date with weekly emails and answered any questions I had very quickly. By keeping me so closely in the loop, I didn't find the process stressful at all. I even got my possession date well ahead of time!
The experience continues to impress, as I have hardly anything on the list for my next service call. Fantastic!!!
