Our A/C unit needed replacement this year. We called all around and were given very high prices by our own furnace company and all their competitors with scary tactics about having to use them for yearly service to maintain its warranty. Fed up with all the BS, we looked around on the web and found Brae Daly. We set up an appointment and Brae was there promptly within a day. He looked over our home and our needs and recommended a suitable unit for us. Brae was very honest with us and explained all that we needed to know with no pressure sales or any other nonsense. We were given a great price (much cheaper than anyone else) and Brae went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied. Once he installed our A/C unit he noticed that our original installer had not set the furnace fan speed correctly!!!!! No wonder it was much warmer upstairs. Once properly set, Brae ensured us that we would be more comfortable. His diagnosis was spot on. Our house, especially upstairs is super comfortable. What a pleasure it was to have found him.
