First time tech came out diagnosed the fridge needed a mother board, ordered the part and installed Oct 18/24. Fridge went down again 35 days later and were called again as so close to warranty. Fridge was showing same codes. Tech came out and said it was a different part but we will also install the previous part as no charge. Should have been my fist clue really. We ok'd the second part because he said that the part would be refunded if it didn't correct the problem or ended up being another part. Part was ordered and then installed. Tech was 2hrs late for appt. so part was installed at approx. 5:30pm. Tech instructed the fridge would be cold to use by 11pm. Fridge never changed temperature and was beeping. I called later that night and was told I have to wait 24hrs. Next morning I called again as clearly this was not gong to work. They sent the tech back who indicated that now the compressor was gone and quoted $1600. We wouldn't authorize. We requested a refund as he told us that we would be refunded for the part. He said he would put it in his report. to call them in 2 days. Well just called and was told that we don't refund however we will take off $100 if you order the compressor. Like really!!! Needless to say we ordered a new fridge. Save yourself some money Do Not Use These Guys . Call someone else. They will not honor what the technician is telling people. You sign the work order based on the conversation and expertise of the technician but they are SLY. I should have googled them first and looked up on BBB.
