I was looking for a contractor to install stairs in my house. I started this process well before the job needed to be started as it was covid year and I wanted to sign a deal earlier. Representative of the company came to my place the first time and gave a quote. Price was good and I decided to go with them. I tried to reach to them via Instagram, representative’s cell and email with no luck. Then, suddenly representative picked up the phone and told that due to circumstances he didn’t answer. I needed them to meet with my general contractor. They met and I was promised to get a drawings soon. Few weeks later - no drawings, after reminder I was told that I’ll get drawings. No luck ... so despite the fact I started earlier, these guys wasted my valuable time for no reason. If you can’t do the job - just say this. And I had to rush to find another contractor which was very difficult for me. So “thank you” guys for best service. I suggest font use this company as you may left without what you want .
