Noteworthy work on exhaust fan install
We'd purchased an exhaust fan – independent of Tron Electrical – and asked for it to be installed. Tron's estimate was very competitive to start, but we complicated the process by not securing a fan that matched the existing housing, vent size, or ceiling aperture.
The professionals at Tron flagged the issue right away, and provided several compelling and cost-effective options on how to proceed. I had some parts on hand (6" to 4" transition piece, foil tape, flexible venting), and Tron's field professionals adapted to the changing job criteria commendably. They remediated our mistake while delivering excellent quality of work at an incredible price point (given the expanded scope).
Beyond the actual work, all my touch points with Tron Electrical personnel were consistently professional, personable, and friendly.
I would have no reservation in either retaining Tron Electrical's services in the future, or recommending them to others.
