Requested for my home and my Dad's home to have a deep clean as first time using this company and it's been a couple of years since we had a professional clean our homes. The Cleaner herself was very professional, did a great job, was very patient with my 95 year old Dad and the job was very well executed. However I prepared assuming two cleaners would be coming instead only one therefore job took longer than expected. If you don't make a complete selection when booking it wont get cleaned or you will be called to confirm. Also they need to update their website to fully inform customers how the company operates. Overall great Customer Service and will be booking again.

The cleaner that came did an amazing job. I just moved into a place that was very dirty. She was able to get the kitchen very clean. The bathrooms shined. I very much recommend this company

As a pregnant mother with a 2 year old, I needed to hire someone to come and clean my house regularly. I booked Maidstr online (so easy - and I didn't have to speak to anyone on the phone which I like). I clicked on the services I want, picked a date, and the appointment was booked. Because it was my first time having them come, I had them do a "deep clean" which was SOOO WORTH THE MONEY. They cleaned areas that am ashamed to say I never have since I moved in (baseboards, cobwebs on the ceiling). The team was thorough and efficient. I also must admit that I was really embarrassed at the state of my house and how far behind I was on cleaning it myself. But they immediately went to work and the shame I had melted away instantly. Looking forward to having them come on the regular.

I hired Maidstr for a move-in/out cleaning for a large 2 bedroom apartment in an old building. The job was quoted at $323 for 2 cleaners. The apartment was quite dirty when I took it over, so I had already cleaned the place once over - sweep, vacuum, mop - so I was really looking for a detailed cleaning as a second pass. The place was completely empty, no furniture or anything, just bare walls, and floors. When I began my walk around with the crew, I mentioned there was a dog smell in one of the rooms. They immediately called the company to charge me an additional pet hair fee, despite the fact there was no pet hair. I then pointed out dirt on the walls, and they flatly said they don't clean walls - "if you want clean walls call a painter." I called the company to express my confusion, that I expected I could provide some direction to the cleaners with areas I wanted them to focus on. The person I spoke with was nice, but explained they only do things in their "checklist" - which isn't really a checklist. I had read the description of their services - that the move-in/out cleaning was to help provide a fresh start in a new place. What I can say is that this was not that - the description of services and the attitude of the cleaners did not meet my expectations for a nearly $400 job. I can't speak to the quality of their cleaning, but at about $50/hr per cleaner, I thought I'd be able to ask how I wanted the place cleaned. I cancelled the services and was charged $75.

Needed a condo cleaning before a move-in. The team was prompt, thorough, and considerate. They did a great job, I'd use them again!

I booked on short notice, which they were able to accommodate. Service was timely and thorough. Not cheap. Overall would recommend.

Maidstr gave my house the deep clean and did a great job. Keefa was great and spent 5-6 hours scrubbing everything whether it was in sight or not. The place is spic and span.

Keitha and Delroy arrived fully prepared and equipped to deep clean my home. They worked very quietly and efficiently for over three hours, leaving behind a clean home and a satisfied customer.
