I recently had Rosewood do my floors and I found him to be highly professional and experienced with flooring. He got the job done in a timely matter and I was very pleased with the finish job. I would recommend Rosewood design to anyone looking for a seamless floor finish.

He was OK for the first few months. After a few months he started to slow down. We paid him but he didn't do his job. He messed everything up. Stressed my whole family. Kept on making excuses for not working such as saying he went to go visit his father in his home country. He stopped building for a whole summer. Then he came back with more excuses and tried to get us to pay more money. We found out later on that he said the same thing to 3 or more families. We lost more than $200,000. We also had to pay for a lawyer to take off many liens because he didn't pay the subcontractors. We paid him but he didn't pay the subcontractors. We ended up firing him and we hired a new builder. We had no choice. Our house would have stayed the same forever. I hope you won't fall into the same trap as us.

We contracted with Peja in August to complete installation and finishing of our hardwood floors. After a series of delays and lack of responses from him except when he wanted money, he finally started in December. The job took over a month instead of the 2 weeks he'd laid out in the contract yet the finishing was rushed and very sloppy. He told us we were being picky when we pointed out major issues and started to demand final payment. We decided to settle with him as we didn't want him to attempt any corrections and further mess things up. We are having the work redone by a competent company.
