Bill did the interior finishing for two "to code" basement windows we had installed. He also cut down a closet door for a subfloor that was installed. It was about 10 hours of labour. He purchased all the required materials (labour includes going to the store and sourcing) and vacuumed up after. One of the windows looked "off" and he came back and repaired it within 2 days of the original install.

Bill from TLC did an excellent job fixing our faucets! He was friendly, fast and very affordable! I had seen some horror stories online of people getting charged way too much for this kind of work, but thanks to Bill at TLC, we're drip-free... and it hardly cost anything!

Meeting Bill for the first time gave us confidence we had the right guy. He was polite, respectful, hard working and enjoyed a good sense of humor. He repaired a number of items throughout our unit that included; fixing drawers that were not installed on a track properly - Bill fixed, dealing with some flooring that was coming up in our foyer closet - Bill fixed, fixing bedroom & bathroom doors that did not fit properly - Bill fixed, sanding and painting an exposed electrical outlet in our dinning room - Bill fixed, installing a sliding closet door system in our guest room - Bill did perfectly, fixing a very loose electrical outlet in our kitchen - Bill fixed. Bill went above & beyond when he heard of my struggle to drill holes in our cement parkade for bicycles. He first asked about the tools I was using and then suggested he could come back with his tools to assist. What I had spent hours on over the coarse of several evenings, Bill completed in a matter of minutes - and he didn't even charge us for this extra. Bill has the right tools, the right attitude and a personality that makes you feel lucky you know him.

He was very thorough in his work ensuring the set up was complete and sturdy. The quote he provided was reasonable, met the estimate, and he also spent extra time ensuring the gazebo was securely anchored to the deck. He had some innovative ways of completing this! I used TLC Home Repairs to repair an existing privacy enclosure. The process was great from start to finish. The owner came to my house to look at the project and discuss my ideas and give a quote. The quote was very reasonable and the time-line to do the project was just as I had hoped. He set a date to do the project and it was done on time and as quoted for price. Clean up was great and all left over materials were hauled away. Would highly recommend!
