We got several quotes from Nikolay for various work we needed done in the house. For budget reasons we ended up prioritizing refinishing the hardwood on our stairs and landing and fixing our door. Nikolay was excellent in communicating with us before making decisions for the job and was very accommodating overall. The stairs look amazing and the door finally works (we had other contractors look at it and tell us it could not be repaired). The stair sanding produced quite a lot of dust and they vacuumed for us before we came home. Nikolay even did some other odd jobs around the house for us for a very reasonable price.
