Sarfraz was referred to us by a friend and we have to admit that he did an amazing job. He discovered many issues which were very serious and eventually we dropped the offer because seller did not agree to fix the defects. I couldn't have been more pleased because he saved us from falling into a deal which could otherwise cause us to spend thousands of dollars in repairs.
