Renewal By Andersen Of Greater Toronto

Great windows but I found that I can get them cheaper by canceling my contract and then they call a senior rep to come and resell me at a higher discount. Love the windows but thought this was a bit shady so had to let people know.

I got my windows done from Renewal by Andersen 2019 March (just after winter). This winter we were able to feel the difference. The room is noticeably warmer.

One yar later, there was a small with the windows in the bathroom. I asked them to come over to take a look. RbA came in and did a good job of it. Did a clean job, diagnosed the issue quickly.

We had only one window that really needed replacing but decided to redo all and new doors to match. We could not believe the incredible improvement in every way. They look fabulous, keep the house warmer in winter and cooler in summer, are easy to clean and operate, and the entire process of purchasing with Cornel, and installation with the team of Edgar, Juan and Jesus, was smooth and easy. We could never have guessed that we would be so happy with our new windows.

From start to finish, these group of people were just professionals.They were friendly, punctual, honest,knowledgeable. They told me that the work will be done today. And they did it. Today.The work was just impressive. No supervision needed.

I would like to highly recommend the work done by the installation team of Juan, Edgar and Jesus. A special thanks goes out to Marty for the extra work he did that was above and beyond the duties of the project. He made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed all throughout the project as well as the time leading up to the installation day. We are extremely pleased by the results and highly recommend this company.

How many companies come in to your home with grandiose promises only to let you down? I didn't know a thing about windows but man were my eyes opened after meeting with Renewal by Andersen. If you want quality that will outlast everything else on the market hands down look no further. Understand though that the only thing better than their product and installation are the people. Simply, they did what they said they would do, every time. Sounds easy but it's not. I could not recommend these guys and gals any higher. You get what you pay for.

Patio door was not closing properly. Jacob was very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem right away. He had to return to the shop to get the necessary parts. He returned and repaired the door. He realigned the door properly. Very satisfied with service.

Craig, Salesman was excellent in explaining to us the different products that are available. He let us take our time to decide. After we have made our decision, he went over our order in a way that we understood every detail and of course the cost of each window. He spoke with dignity. Very professional. Nathan, Project Manager very lively and knowledgeable encouraged us to let him know of any problems that we might have. Ivan, the Installer, a perfectionist in his job!! We had our kitchen windows done by the same company and Ivan was the installer. We begged Craig and Nathan to have Ivan back to do the dinning room and living room windows again. Our dinning room and living room windows were done yesterday. The company called to let us know that we would expect Ivan and his crew to arrive in forty minutes and they did on time. During the installation Nathan came to see how the work was progressing. At six o'clock Craig came to see us. Brought me a beautiful purple flowered Orchid plant!!! A very touching gesture indeed. Of course he wanted to see how the installation went and wanted to know if we are happy with the beautiful windows we got. We are not finished with our window project. We will be letting Renewal Andersen do the rest of the project, that is for sure. We highly recommend Renewal Andersen company!
