Required more security with our original builder provided entrance door. They provided a large custom door with installation.

Renewal by Anderson was not the cheapest quote we received but was the one that provided the best product, and customer service.

Our door lock was not fuctioning at 100% and they sent out Jose L. He fixed the problem and confirmed if further issues persisted a replacement would be provided!

The service technician, Jose Landazuri called to advise of his arrival time.
Jose was friendly and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and noticed two other areas - the door sweep and the striker plate that needed adjusting. Jose fixed these as well.

customer service was excellent however one of my doors cracked and it took extremely long to replace it. Compensation was discussed but they never followed through. Jose was fantastic very knowledgeable and personable it was a great experience working with him!

Service Tech Jose provided an excellent service. He arrived on time, was very respectful amd friendly. He provided a quick repair for a window hardware issue and ensured he completely checked the entire window for proper operation.

This is now my second time that I have had issues with my patio door. I live waterfront and unfortunately the harsh winters are rough on the front facing doors. Renewal is always quick to get someone out to see me even though I live over 2 hrs outside of the city.
I just had the Jose here to replace the interlock seal. He was on time, very professional and fixed the door in record time.
