Horrible experience

I had horrible experience with Jake. At first he seemed nice and friendly but soon that experience turned into nightmare. When he charged me for incorrect diagnostic and repair. When the issue was still not fixed, started making excuses to return to address the and forwarded the concern to the company who installed the furnace. Ended up paying twice to fix the issue.
