We encountered a few bumps with our quartz kitchen counter however Masood and his team tried their very best to ensure that we were satisfied with the product, and their work.

Kitchen Counter
Hired this company based off a colleagues experience and have regretted it ever since. Job was a nightmare from start to finish. Installers were 3 hours late and did not come with the right tools to complete the job. Paid for a "more expensive" quartz slab, it was installed with a huge scratch in the middle of the breakfast bar.. noticed this the night of the install, contacted Masood immediately only to be told that if this was a less expensive counter he would replace it.. no resolution from him or KStone. Masood said that we scratched the counter however it is obviously from a tool, plus we had not even wiped down the counters/cleaned them. I have been left with a damaged counter. Would not recommend this company or the quartz provider to my worst enemy. Buyer beware. Message me and I will be happy to provide pictures of my damaged counter and screenshots from text messages of him dodging responsibility.
