We contracted Building Works to demolish our residential basement structure and replace the concrete floor. We also required repairs to multiple cracks in concrete window frames which were leaking. Structure was restored to insulated frost walls. The quoted cost did not change except for the crack filling which was an unexpected extra requirement. All the trades people who worked on various parts of the project were friendly, skilled, and committed to complete their work to a high professional standard. Because of the extensive crack filling required, the project ran over the estimated time and into other scheduled work but Erich always communicated with us promptly, and all the agreed upon work was completed. Erich even sent the crew to finish up one final task AFTER the final invoice was paid out, which is a testimony to their commitment and trustworthiness.
