When I initially contacted Arthur, he was prompt in his response and came within a day to review my house and provide a detailed scope and fee. He was honest and straight-forward, and his fee was very competitive. I knew I would be pleased based on the way he was very professional. I was right!! It was a two day job to remove and replace all the existing shingles with a new premium shingle. He was present (and fully working) for both days, and his crew fully respected and followed his leadership. He definitely did not cut any corners and he has pride for his work. He and his crew were respectful of the property, and fully cleaned up upon completion. I am extremely pleased with the final look and will recommend his services for all my colleagues. Thanks Arthur!
