Kleiner Moving & Storage

I contacted Kleiner the day before my family and I used the company's moving services. We were in a desperate situation as our place flooded and had to clear out our apartment for restoration. I appreciated how quickly Kleiner got back to me and arranged movers for the next morning. The movers were professional and worked efficiently, so we paid less for the service than what was quoted. The only complaint we have is that the moving truck provided was too big (it was the second biggest one they had) and I have informed that we live in a 500 sq ft (also provided photos). So we couldn't keep our things in the original storage locker we rented as they couldn't park at the loading dock, and had to move our things to the Kleiner storage in Richmond.

My moving experience and the service I received from the beginning to end was fantastic. The pre screening questions asked allowed for no surprises. On moving day, the moving team was able to deal with the many unplanned surprises with my starta and applied moving strategies to keeping everything efficient! The moving team was very respectful with tight spaces and stairs (a lot of them)!

Aaron and Benny were the best - fast, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Kleiner was not the cheapest option, but they interviewed well. We’re very responsive, respectful and open to listen. I felt confident about them over and above the others I spoke to. They were awarded the contract and from that moment the communication was fantastic. We knew what was going to happen and when. Their men were all really careful and worked as a team. They laughed together even after working for more than 8 hours. We had some uncertainty with what we were going to do with a baby grand piano. This did not phase the team - and we delivered it to the music school safely. I would thoroughly recommend these guys. We have moved twice in the last year (house size is 5 bedrooms) and although I hope this will be our last move, we would use these guys again- no question.
