I am very happy with the service provided by Tornado Plumbing and Drains. They responded to my call immediately and came to my house in several hours. They unclogged my kitchen's drain very fast and efficiently. The kitchen was very clean after the work. I would highly recommend Tornado Plumbings & Drain to anyone who needs plumbing service.

We had a great experience with Tornado (especially Serhiy). We called the company number as we were having trouble with plumbing in our kitchen and bathroom. We were referred to Serhiy by some friends of ours and man were we grateful for this. Serhiy showed up right on time, assessed the problem quickly and advised us of our options. He completed the work and kept things neat. He also gave us some great tips on what to avoid doing so we dont run into the same problem again. It was our first time working with Serhiy and its great to know that we have someone who we can go to who is dependable and knowledgeable in this space. We highly recommend!

Don't bother calling other company. Called in few for estimates before going with Tornado given positive reviews and fair pricing. Fast, clean, polite service. Serhiy was very professional, explained everything including what to look out for after. This is not a small job, replacing sewer pipe (roots issue). They checked water and gas pipe to ensure safety. Everything done within one day. 10 out of 10.

Accommodating, polite and efficient. These guys replaced a part in my dual flush toilet so it would stop running. I was pleasantly surprised when they charged me less than quoted, as the part needed was cheaper than what they originally thought.
They also went the extra mile and tightened the faucet under my sink :)

We have only great things to say about Tornado Plumbing and Serhiy. We obtained quotes from 6 different companies and Tornado was the only one who could start the job the very next day. All the other companies needed a week to just get the copper pipe (a larger size than usual). Serhiy impressed me with his knowledge and transparency - he is very perceptive and definitely knows what he is doing. Serhiy and his crew showed up at 9am sharp as he had promised and had all the copper pipe we needed. We were so pleased with how quickly the lead pipe was replaced that we decided to go ahead and replace the clay sewage drain at the same time. The entire crew was very experienced and professional. They took care to cover and protect their work area - they even had plywood to protect our front lawn when using the excavator. Each day, the crew would start work at 9am sharp and barely took any breaks. They even worked on Saturday to tidying up everything. When they were done, the front lawn looked exactly the way it was before. Serhiy definitely delivered on his promise. It is very rare to meet a contractor who is honest and does great work. Serhiy from Tornado Plumbing is that rare gem. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Tornado plumbing came to replace my clay sewage pipe and upgrade my main water supply. They did the service in only one day and left the space clean and tidy afterwards. They also left the inside of the house clean and did a fantastic job limiting any damage to the floor and drywall. I would highly recommend Tornado plumbing.

Tornado dug to the foundation of half my house (about 6ft depth) in tight spaces. They had the good sized crew and worked quickly and efficiently. The work was done about 5 yrs ago, and I have had no more leaks in my foundation.

We had sewer back up in the basement due to poor grading of the drain pipes under the floor of the basement in addition the the previous owner/contractor not properly closing off unused drains that didnt even have p-traps.

I contacted Tornado Plumbing and they were immediately responsive and attentive to our concerns. The had someone out the very next day with a fiver optic camera to assess the situation. After determining the issues, they explained everything very clearly and presented our options.

They started the work very quickly and along the way they took plenty of pictures and communicated very openly with regular status reports.

They finished the job within their projected time frame and within the budget that they had communicated.

The work was very clean, professional and to code. They took plenty of pictures of their progress.

Im extremely happy with their work and I would happily recommend them to anyone for any of their plumbing needs.

Serhiy and his assistant installed a new bypass kitchen sink drain as the old vertical one got plugged and did not drain into the main line properly.

I am very happy with the work that Tornado Plumbing and Drain did at my house. They installed a backwater valve and replaced the main sewer line on my property using burst technology which reduces cost and minimizes excavation.
