on time, professional, careful, efficient. Customer service was very responsive. They shrink-wrapped all of my furniture, disassembled, and reassembled. I was pleased with the results. Also, I probably should have had 3 guys, which they initially offered me, but I said 2 was enough- wrong. This is for a 2 bedroom apartment. Thank you!!
