Do not use this company. They showed up 2 hours late as they were having truck issues and rented a U-Haul. They assigned three guys to make it go faster BUT...they broke items, said they took pictures and I would get reimbursed. They demanded I pay via e-transfer that day as they had to rent a truck for the move. I paid them but when I contacted them about the broken pieces...no response. I emailed, and I called, nothing. Their customer service is very poor!

Avoid these people at all costs. They ghosted me on the day of my move from Calgary to Edmonton. They called me the morning of the move and said they were having truck issues and would be over soon after switching out the truck. 4 hours went by and 50 unanswered calls they left me absolutely stranded. I had to be out of my house so the new owners could take possession and they ghosted me. On top of that they will not give me deposit back. Every call goes unanswered. They emailed me saying they would give my deposit back but they never did. Horrible unreliable company.

Move from Van-Cowtown. January 2024. Move was seemless. Driver kept in touch with my wife and I through the entire trip. Adam in the office also relayed information and kept us in the loop so we could time everything just right. Hard to move with two toddlers, 2 dogs and a cat. The truck actually beat is to our new home by two hours. The crew was very friendly amd it was nice to have the same crew who picked up our bonging also deliver within a 24 hour window. Not a scratch on anything and they had our kid's rooms set up first so they could lay down for a nap. Stephanie was great upon booking, answering all of our questions without hesitation. They even got us a deal on a hotel to stop at along the way. I would very much recommend this company for white glove service.

The team at Alberta Pro Movers did a great job with our house move. From the original calls with their office in planning the move to the work that the crew of Steve, Chris and James, their team was great. The moving crew helped out in areas above and beyond just moving the furniture. We will definitely use Alberta Pro Movers on our next move!

These 3 guys moved us from a big home to an apartment, they were super friendly, fast and super efficient and priced well... highly recommend them!!

Do not use this company if you value your possessions! They did my move Jul/Aug 2021 (2 parts) and when the movers unloaded the truck, there were numerous items that sustained damages.

I tried without success (emails, phone calls) to contact this company about the damages, but could not get a response from them. Even though the driver noted some of the damages on the documents and supposedly sent picture to them, they did not have the common curtesy to call back. Pictures shows their work!

I hired them to move my home. The driver backed the truck into my house and damaged my roof and eavestrough.

Have recently suffered an injury and now am a paraplegic. Was assured by Stephanie and Adam of the quality of move they would provide. When the truck arrive to my residence I was appalled. Not only was it so poorly packed and boxes were thrown around almost every piece of furniture was damaged due to poor packing. Bed frames taken apart were missing the bolts/screws. Given I am in a wheelchair I called Allan immediately as he was leaving once I noticed the damage and sent him pictures of expensive laquer chairs. He said one day when he is back through Kelowna he will spray it with a white colour. Dismayed at this response I contacted Stephanie and she said get a quote. Once a sent a quote she said you have to talk to Adam he is in charge of customer service. To date I have had no follow up to repair the damage. Be careful. This company is a sham. They are very dishonest and do not follow through and take accountability for their poor care. When I tried to review them on google under their website it would not accept it.

Stephanie gave me a quote after I was honest about what we had and where we lived.
Two movers showed up accessed the job.
The three of us worked together to empty the place.
I was pretty tired from moving all week so Stephen and Derek both filled in the gap to move the cumbersome and two men part of the job.
If you set them up to succeed you will not be disappointed.
It was a 3 bedroom apartment that was prepacked and we had space saves for the truck outside and service key for the elevator and then went even faster once we emptied it into our rental home.
I will be hiring them again without second guessing once we move into our new home.

From the start of my interactions with a quote to the end of the move, they were great. The office staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The movers were on time and worked quickly and effectively. They were polite and personable. None of my items were damaged or broken - they packed carefully and respected my items.
