We hired this company and the agreed upon work was the risers and stringers to be painted white and new treads stained and varnished. Paul reassured us that water based varnish would hold up even though we expressed concern about it being very high traffic area. Inder was sloppy in performing the work and caused some damage which they reluctantly covered but still looks bad. The real issue is; not even one month later the water based varnish has not held up and after numerous calls to Paul and stopping by the shop, we have not had a resolution. Paul agreed to come back with a better varnish but it's been 3 months and they've avoided our calls or made promises to come on a weekend and not showed up. Our stairs look horrible. Hard earned money not well spent with this company. The workmanship does not warrant $3200 paid and worst of all they avoid you when there is a problem. Don’t recommend you hire them!
