The Deck Store

In May of 2020, I paid $6.8K to this store (e-transfer as demanded) which was 100% of the price for 3 privacy panels ( two measured 6 ft x 3 ft, the third was 8 ft x 3ft) including the required mounting hardware, framing bars and profile covers. The store did not deliver in summer as promised, the profile covers arrived late Nov., 2020 and in fact, now 12 months later, I still do not have the bar with corresponding framing kit to install one of the panels. Nor has the Store refunded any of my money. The Store led me on for many months, promising to deliver and now, they simply refuse to resolve. Photos available. Do not deal with the Deck Store!

We installed our deck in 2013. The Store Manager provided a design for the deck and we went with Timber Tech which turned out to be a great choice. His suggestions for lighting and railing were perfect. The installation team of Greg and Matt were very professional and were perfectionists which we appreciated. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. Along the way we asked for changes and they were flexible and accommodating. Great service!

It's been 2 years and the Management has changed but the service has not. We had some electrical issues with our lights and needed guidance with cleaning products and Stan Weiland, VP of the Deck Store was extremely helpful in resolving our issues. Installations are one thing but continued service is key to the success of a good company and we would absolutely recommend them. You can't go wrong with this company for who they are and their workmanship. The deck still looks great after 2 years and we expect it will be for years to come.
