I had bought a new NEST thermostat and it was giving me loads of problems. I lost heating at around 10pm because of the NEST thermostat and the house was getting pretty cold. When I called Forge Mechanical, Ed rushed over as soon as he could to help. He was fast, clean, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained what I needed and answered any questions I had very patiently, even though I may have asked some dumb questions. Ed also contacted me the next day to find out if everything was ok. I thought that was phenomenal. I would recommend this company to anyone, moving forward. Thank you, Ed!!!!
I should add that I called another HVAC company before Ed, earlier that day. The other company charged me $100+ and didnt fix the issue. Call Ed at Forge Mechanical and save yourself the hassel
