Consultation and inspection with Matrix Remediation
Our Naturopath suspected mold as a health concern. Matrix Remediation was suggested to us and was highly recommended by multiple sources.
I left a message and Guy called back a day later. He spent about half an hour on the phone explaining things to me and answering my questions. He was most helpful, kind and understanding of our situation.
Two days later the owner, Jon came over to do an in depth inspection and assessment. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us with our particular needs and concerns. He was not pushy or trying to "sell" any products or services. He was very sincere and helpful. I would highly recommend Matrix Remediation to anyone concerned with mold in their homes.
