This is not the first time we’ve dealt with Economark Renovations. This is the company that gutted and renovated a medical office for my late husband (beautiful work within budget and on time to open the Family Practice!) and did extensive renovations on our home (kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing, furnace, electrical, deck) many times over the years. Our latest pot light installation experience was, as always, outstanding. Great design suggestions (I had no idea that this type of lighting existed!) and incredible attention to detail. Alan and Jeff protected two wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling book and vinyl record collections perfectly (no damage, no dust!) before they started the job. Pot light installation was seamless (not easy in an 80-year-old house with crumbing plaster walls and ceiling!)! The lighting is beautiful (bright when you need it and subdued and serene when dimmed) and ceiling repair exceeded my expectations. Alan and Jeff are conscientious, knowledgeable professionals - and great guys! I’d recommend them wholeheartedly, without reservation.

Alan, Jeff, and Anthony did an amazing job creating a new shower for our condo bathroom. They were extremely professional, trustworthy, and hardworking. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to do renovations!!

We installed a washroom in our basement and the results are fabulous! We had Economark Renovations do renovation work with for us previously and we had no hesitation asking them to return again.

Economark recently completed renovating our kitchen and ensuite bathroom - both complete guts. Communication was excellent - via whatever means worked for us at the moment (phone, text, email). Plus they were fun to chat with. All of their contractors were top-notch. Finished close to the timeframe originally discussed (some scope-creep on our part) and on budget. Originally, had economark come in to assist with lighting fixtures, wall repair and painting. The experience was absolutely perfect. All of my light fixture were hung to my desire, they even put up with my non-sense when I could not make up my mind on where I wanted the fixtures to sit (I would have probably walked out). They put up new drywall and repaired anything worth salvaging. Like I said before very knowledgable. They explained everything they did and why! I find this to be most important.

While completing the original work - they noticed a few things off within my home. While they were working on the project they even fixed a few issues that were not in the contract, out of the goodness of their heart. If you are looking for electrical work to be complete, new walls to go up, hanging TV's (Huge thank you!), outlet issues, kindness, understanding and professionalism, economark is for you.

I just completed renovations along with pot light size conversions from 6 inch to 4 inch with Economark . This required extensive ceiling work. Alan and Jeff and their team were fantastic. I was kept updated throughout the project. The process went smoothly and the job was finished on time as planned on budget. Their keen eye for detail is flawless. They were able to resolve previous long standing draft issues in which I had lived with for years. The work areas were extremely neat and protected. I am thrilled with the results of their work and will I definitely use their services in the future.

Needed extensive renovations done in a short period of time. Alan showed up and was able to give me a quote and finish the job within 2 weeks. I was very impressed at the attention to detail. Not being a construction guru myself and having many questions and concerns, Alan was able to put all of my worries to ret. 10/10 will be using this company for future work.
