With short notice, Hercules Moving Company was able to book my piano moving during a time that worked well for me. Other companies I had looked into were not as flexible and were more expensive.
They were punctual, funny, and polite. The movers enjoyed the work that they do because they did it with a lot of care.
They arrived, and took apart pieces of the piano that could be removed. Ever piece was carefully wrapped in a cloth and then taped or wrapped in plastic. They reassembled the piano perfectly in my new home. They used mats to protect the floor.
They were very professional.
I would definitely use Hercules Moving Company again, amd would absolutely recommend them.

I am a small business owner and when there is a problem to carry heavy items and move large stuff, I think Hercules! Owners have outstanding organizational skills and manage time and resources very well. I am sharing this wonderful experience as a matter of gratitude and respect.

I got a Baby Grand piano from Craigslist. I didn't have people to move it. The owner recommended Hercules Piano Movers. Harry answered the phone. He was so courteous and helpful. The staff came on time. They were also very friendly, cracked some jokes, but worked professionally. The piano was properly wrapped. They even showed personal safety by protecting their backs. There were no marks on the floor; no banging on the walls, no bumps on the stairs. The legs were assembled and the piano angled to our desire.
It was a MVP performance!

We selected Hercules because of their high rating on Home Stars. Walter came out to visit us, assess the extent of the job and provide details of their service, etc. On the day of the move, the 3 guys arrived on time and meticulously packed and wrapped all of our furniture in a way that it could not be damaged during the move. And then they delivered it all safely and placed it in the rooms we instructed them to. It was ever so smooth and well organized. We'd be happy to recommend them to others.

Hercules Movers were great to deal with and very professional. They were on time with very friendly movers who even called to update us on their departure and arrival. We had a great experience and recommend them.

I recently used Hercules to move a very large object. Not only were they inexpensive relative to the competition but they were quick to communicate (even late at night) and they were dedicated to doing the job properly. When they showed up,they were extremely professional. Before they even begin moving anything they developed a plan about how to move it without doing any damage to my walls or floor. They came to the conclusion that they needed three more men to do the job properly. After a brief delay, three additional guys showed up and they did not make the move quickly. They took their time to do it correctly. Have I moved before? Yes many times. However, this was my first time using Hercules. Although I hope I don't move again in the future, if I do Hercules will be my first, last and only call. Thank you very much Walter for your help in getting the move done.

I am very happy with the way Hercules Moving handled the move of my Mother's furniture and a full upright piano from Montreal to Burlington. From dealing with some obstacles at pickup site to taking the time to stabilize the piano at destination they were polite, efficient, and took great care of all the pieces.
