The move was very professional. They wrapped the piano and even the bench up and made sure there was no damage. The lads were also very polite. The price is on the high end but they totally deserve it.

For our across-the-country move from Toronto to Vancouver, we decided to go with Hercules and could not have been happier with the decision. The move went without a hitch. I was initially very anxious about our move because of all the bad experiences I had read online with other companies and long distance moves in general. However, Hercules really came through for us and made the stressful ordeal of moving an absolute breeze. They were easy to deal with on the office end, transparent with all of the costs and the movers on both ends were efficient, hard-working and polite. They did a great job carefully wrapping our furniture pieces with blankets. Thanks Hercules!

We had an upright piano moved from Toronto to Mississauga. We called Hercules three day before we needed to have the piano moved and luckily, they were able to help us out. Igor was thorough and very helpful in organizing the move. The movers were punctual and friendly. They were extremely mindful of the rest of the house when moving the piano.

It would be a difficult task to move a Steinway baby grand down 25 steps, with a turn in them, and I knew we needed a team with both strength and intelligence. Michael's team were brilliant in every way. I am so very pleased to recommend them. They handled delicate things carefully, heavy things effortlessly, and Michael's beautiful speech calmed my nerves as well. Bravo, Hercules!

They arrived a little late, however their work and diligence, more than compensated - both young men took greater care of the piano than if it had been their own property - properly padded and protected and delivered within the agreed upon time. Good job.

The movers arrived on time and began moving items right away. They were very professional and wrapped any furniture pieces as requested. We had a piano as well, which they handled with care and transported without difficulty. Nothing was broken during the move and they reached the new location in a timely manner. Once everything was unloaded, the final payment was made without any hidden fees. Everything that was agreed upon before (hourly rate, etc.) was accurate. The guys were polite and professional during the move process and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

We booked Hercules Moving to assist with our apartment move. After reading many reviews of several different movers we decided to book Hercules because of the many positive reviews and because they also offer professional piano moving services. If I could rate this company higher than 5 I would, and here's why (in no particular order):
1) Hard-Working: Idis and team never tried to prolong the moving experience to extend the moving time. From the time they arrived they quickly got to work, with minimal chatting. Upon (quick) arrival to our new apartment they continued this trend and had us all moved in without delay.
2) Friendly: While the move crew rarely stopped, when they did it would be to ask things to help make our move easier on us e.g. where should this item go?, do you need anything disassemble/reassembled?, what would you like wrapped?, etc.
3) Professional: The crew arrived early so that they could start the work on time. Our larger furniture pieces and piano were wrapped by the crew to prevent damage, and they took such great care while moving our piano and everything else (regardless of their value). During the move Idis kept us updating on the progress and what large item(s) we could expect next.
4) Quiet: There was no banging walls, or dropping boxes, or loud discussions - the crew were very respectful and made a point to take extra care of our (heavy) boxes.
5) Peace of Mind: From the time we engaged Hercules to obtain a quote, Anna was very courteous and professional and offered us the best moving package for our needs. Idis and team took over and continued the great service and which gave us great assurance that our move would be as stress free as possible.
No doubt this is the best moving company in Toronto, I'm so happy we went with Hercules Moving Company!
