The 3 team of movers -Pierre,Edgar and Andrew were amazing ,very hardworking and polite and understanding of our needs. They undertook the project in a very timely and efficient manner.

I had to move my stuff from a storage unit in Toronto to an apartment in Ottawa, and I was struggling to find movers who could do it for a reasonable cost. Hercules was not only the cheapest quote, but they were on time (early actually) for both pick up and delivery, fast and efficient, and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a long-distance move coming up!

I give top rating for the scheduler Igor and also for the team leader Donald. If I had it seen it with my own eyes I wouldn’t have believed it. These guys are very careful of your home and good and can manipulate the furniture smoothly in the most awkward spaces.
When I said they didn’t have to work so hard the answer was e have only one speed. Full speed. Believe me they did but with no loss of care nor courtesy.

I made the mistake of trusting the estimator at their word when they said that customer satisfaction was their priority. The movers were hard working and careful, but sometime during the move a lacquer dresser was damaged and we have been chasing the company for a response ever since. Several other things went missing or were broken in storage, which we overlooked, but the dresser could not be repaired. We asked for it to be replaced and have had ZERO returned calls or emails. What a colossal waste of time and effort trying to deal with this company.

We contacted a couple of different moving companies and Hercules provided the most reasonable price. We are downsizing from a four bedroom to a two bedroom home. The two young men that showed up on time to do our move we are very courteous, thoughtful and helpful. We would definitely contact Hercules again for a future move and recommend them to friends and family.

I was extremely worried when I started researching moving companies here in Canada because of the large amount of s c a m s in this business. Finally I found Hercules Moving Company on the CAM website and did the service with them. The items were shipped fast and arrived in perfect conditions. All the staff was very helpful and kind. One thing that could have made the service even better (and I believe no company does that) is having a tracking of your items, so you know when they will be arriving in advance. Definitely recommend them.

This is my 2nd time using Hercules Moving Company and I was very impressed once again. John and Thomas went out of their way to make my move a smooth one.
