We appreciate Maidpro because no matter what is going on, they will have someone come out to perform the contracted service. The few occasions we haven't been thrilled with our clean, they've offered to have it remediated right away. You end up on a bit of a rotation with the same people showing up for a while and then it can switch suddenly as their staff changes over but the quality is consistent overall. Lately the cleaner coming here most of the time is named Ma, which I only know because of the signed checklists they leave after each service. We've never met, but Ma leaves my home sparkling every two weeks!

Thank you so much! We try hard to always send the same person, but we also put a priority on hiring moms, which means a few more unexpected absences to deal with every day. Ma is phenomenal, and you should try and meet her. She's even better in person!
