We had a great experience with this contractor. David guided us through the full project. He explained what to expect from the start of the project to the end. Touch ups are always part of the final details. He worked with us to finalize every last item on our list. We paid for some extras that we asked for. He also compensated us for delays by giving us some upgrades we didn't ask for. We were very pleased with the final outcome. We recommend him to all our friends.

Worst contractor ever. They started my renovation first week of March and it's almost September now and it's still not 100% done even though I already paid them to the last penny. They also gave me the cheapest bathtub and toilet they can find. Carlos gave me some compensations for the headache they gave me, but Dave made it look that I’m the one who owes them something the last time we spoke. They are also really bad at communicating, Carlos rejected my calls most of the time. Carlos, Dave, Philip and the 3rd party contractor they hired to do my renovation badmouthed and blamed each other for all their shortcomings. Save your money and sanity and look for better contractors.
