New Furnace (Carrier Performance 96 Furnace) and HEPA Filtration system
In 2023 we started looking at the options of changing our old furnace.
We contacted Asif from Furnace and AC experts (referral from a friend). He promptly visited our home to make an assessment and gave us a few recommendations.
There was no pressure to buy immediately, and the entire discussion was very professional.
We decided to wait for a year and went back to their office in November 2024.
Once again Asif was very professional, went over all the products (they carry Carrier products only) and the pricing. They have a small warehouse to carry some inventory and spares as well.
The company provides 24/7 support for emergencies.
Pricewise, they are not the cheapest but definitely reasonable for the service they provide. They have overheads that some may not.
We wanted a HEPA Filtration system. Asif recommended Fantech and it was an excellent choice.
Their installation team (John and Sumit) did an excellent job.
They came in at the appointed time, took about half a day to complete the job and went away with the old furnace and other debris.
Furnace and AC Excerpts is an excellent HVAC company that we would highly recommend.
